Gym Lover Gifts with a Sense of Humor

Cardio Is Hard, Cookies Are Easy T-Shirt, Funny Gym Shirt, lifestyle photo

Gym people take training seriously, but most of them love a joke about it. A funny gym shirt is something they will actually wear to work out, and it shows you pay attention to the routine they talk about all the time. It's also a lot easier than guessing their supplement brand or shoe size.

Short on time? Our 30-second gift finder quiz matches you with gifts by who it's for, their sense of humor, and your budget.

Shirts and hoodies for the warm-up and the walk home

Our gym designs are on soft tees and hoodies that work for the lifting floor or the coffee stop afterward. Picks like Cardio Is Hard, Cookies Are Easy or I Came, I Lifted, I Napped fit the friend who is dedicated but honest about why they train. For the parent who lifts, Deadlifts and Dad Jokes is a natural fit.

Gear-friendly extras

A canvas tote makes a handy gym bag for shoes, a towel and a shaker bottle. If your gym lover has a home setup, a mug for the pre-workout coffee is a nice small add-on.

Sizing tip

Most gym lovers like a little room in a workout tee. Our unisex shirts run S to 3XL with a relaxed fit, so stick with their usual size for lifting and size up for a cozier hoodie.
