Cut off the cast. Found a missing crayon inside. Cast clinic nurses know removal day comes with surprises. This tee shows a grinning kid on a stool throwing a freshly freed arm in the air with sparkles, the two halves of a blue cast covered in doodled stars, hearts and squiggles on the table, and a dashed trail leading to the nurse, who holds up a single plain crayon in tweezers and studies it through a magnifying glass with one raised eyebrow and a mock-detective smirk.

Anyone who works removal days has a list: pennies, popcorn, a hair tie, a tiny plastic dinosaur. This crayon goes on the list, and the kid is thrilled to get it back. The arm is fine, the doodles are gone and somebody's coloring set is finally complete again.

Wear it on a day off, to a team lunch or a family picnic. A fun gift for cast clinic and orthopedic nurses, cast techs and pediatric teams. Tee options: Natural, Soft Cream, Heather Dust, White, Light Blue, Black, Navy, Heather Forest, Maroon or Dark Grey Heather, sized S-3XL.

Casual apparel and gifts. Not scrubs, PPE or clinical workwear. Not fluid-resistant, antimicrobial or flame-resistant. Follow your facility's dress code.
