"I traded Christmas for New Year's in July." The 15oz mug for the coffee on whichever holiday you ended up working. The art is the summer negotiation in one picture: the JULY calendar page with its sun, the sticky note swapping DEC 25 for DEC 31, two scribbled signatures sealing it, and a strand of small holiday bulbs across the top.
Fill it before a Christmas Day shift or the morning after a New Year's Eve night. A gift for nurses on any unit, charge nurses who manage the holiday sign-up and the friend who never forgets who owes whom a holiday.
