Words on this one: Ran it slow. Ran it anyway.
Around the 15oz cup you will see a homemade paper race bib with a crayon heart and two stars, safety-pinned on; gentle speed lines behind the pair on a park road. No clock, no race name, no bib number: just a runner, a turtle and a kid with a sign.
For long mornings, long shifts and slow runners and walk-run fans. The roomier 15oz size. Big enough for a long weekend breakfast. Fits a big latte or a whole pot of tea, give or take.
